Even the Far Left doesn't support Obamacare: KILL THE BILL

It’s not too often we would agree with the Daily Kos.

But now, Markos Moulitas of the Daily Kos is not happy with the current incarnation of Obamacare. He writes at his site that if the current Senate Bill is stripped of the public option but includes an individual mandate, then the bill should be "killed".

“My take is that it’s unconscionable to force people to buy a product from a private insurer that enjoys sanctioned monopoly status. It’d be like forcing everyone to attend baseball games, but instead of watching the Yankees, they were forced to watch the Kansas City Royals. Or Washington Nationals. It would effectively be a tax — and a huge one — paid directly to a private industry.”

We agree, Markos! And thanks for pointing that the current bill does not have any mechanisms to control costs.

But Marcos isn’t alone on the Left. AFL-CIO president Richard Trumka has issued statements against the bill.

Welcome to the world of reality – ObamaCare is a bad bill and should be killed.
