If 9/10 Don't Pay, Who Pays?

Have you ever wondered about that “Hoveround” ad on TV: “9 out of 10 people pay little or nothing for their hoveround.” It is advertised as a “new electric wheelchair” and appears to be to electric wheelchairs what scooters are to the motorcycle. Don’t even Left-eologues (a term I have coined and hope it catches on) get it? Somebody pays – and I’m not in one of those chairs. Hum…I pay taxes. Guess I bought one!
