A new organization has emerged – Independent Conservative Republicans of Texas, founded by Sen. Dan Patrick of Houston. FoxNews host Mike Huckabee and radio talk show host Laura Ingraham both did long segments on it earlier this week. The message is a simple one – a contract with Texas (below).
